Respect
- Quiet hours 22:00 – 08:00.
- Please be considerate of neighbours and other residents, especially in hallways and stairwells.
Keys & damages
- Lost keys €50 fee.
- Damaged or missing items may be charged at replacement cost.
Care
- No smoking inside the apartment, including vapes and heated tobacco.
- No pets unless agreed in writing in advance.
- Bathroom please flush toilet paper only — no wipes, paper towels, sanitary items, cotton pads or food.
- Rubbish please leave it in the apartment at check-out — we'll dispose of it.
Before you leave
- Switch off all lights, air conditioning and appliances.
- Close the windows.
- Leave the keys as arranged at check-in.
Check-out steps
- 1Gather your belongings and any rubbish into the bin.
- 2Wash up or load the dishwasher.
- 3Turn off lights, AC and all appliances.
- 4Close all windows.
- 5Leave the keys as arranged, and pull the door shut.

Can I check in early or out late?
Sometimes — it depends on the day's bookings. Message us and we'll do our best.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
Yes. Zagreb's tap water is clean and great to drink.
