Obtain a rental-services permit
Issued by the competent state administration office. We guide you through the procedure and paperwork — it's a legal requirement for any short-term rental in Croatia.
Pay the flat-rate rental tax
Paid per bed; the amount depends on category and location. We provide everything you need for the tax return.
Everything else — listings, guests, cleaning, eVisitor, communication — is on us.
